Default Unscribable Pyroclastic Axe?

Pyroclastic axe.JPG

Hi all. Today I was happy to receive a gold, req 9 Pyroclastic axe from a chest in Slaver's Exile, especially since they are worth a lot of money (100k+30ectos?)
I realized it was unscribable and does not have a inbuilt damage modifier.

Why is this? I didn't see a clear answer on wiki, and wonder why everyone else get inscribable Pyroclastics but not me. It seems so unfair, I don't want that amount of money to go down the drain ........ Can I contact support?

Edit: thanks all didn't know. I swear every gold I have gotten in NF, Eotn, has been inscribable. It seems it is just bad luck that this one (the only one actually worth something) is not.

Yes, it seems so unfair but it happens.

It is annoying when you get a drop like that but hey, it's better than my req 13 Tall Shield from Big-D's chest.

it happens sometimes, it's just unlucky.

Neither in nightfall, nor in EotN all the blue/purple/golden weapons are inscribable.

You just need a bit of luck.

I have this happen to it seems that GW:EN drops can consist of inscribable and noninscribable drops, not to sure why but it does.

we're not talking about inscriptable or non inscriptable weapons.
that's simply an inscriptable weapon that, shame, came with no damage mod = no inscription.
happens in prophecies and factions aswell. when there's no 15^50, stance, enchanted, 15%-5 -1energy -1health <20% vs hexed foes or while hexed, the weapon is simply blank, doesnt have any dmg mod.

u just had bad luck, happens
